Una Leonard is an Irish entrepreneur, baker, and founder of 2210 Patisserie, a renowned bakery and online business known for its indulgent sweet treats and celebration cakes. A native of Mullingar, Una turned her passion for baking into a career after studying Culinary Arts and Business, opening her bakery in 2015 at just 22 years old. What began as a small café has since grown into a thriving brand.
