Frank and Honest were celebrating Seachtain na Gaeilge with a social campaign that encourages people to use their cúpla focal in everyday moments—like ordering a coffee. To mark the occasion, they created a limited-edition Seachtain na Gaeilge mug and challenged coffee lovers to make, order, or enjoy their coffee as Gaeilge.
As part of this campaign, they wanted to showcase a day in Lauren’s life, all through Irish. This would feature her making a coffee at home using her Frank and Honest mug and beans, as well as grabbing one on the go from a Frank and Honest station. The message? Gaeilge is for every day, just like Frank and Honest coffee—perfect for any moment.

Lauren is a passionate advocate for the Irish language. Having attended an all-Irish school, she has spoken about her grá for Gaeilge on social media and has even appeared on RTÉ’s Réalta na Gaeltachta and Upfront with Katie Hannon. She naturally integrates cúpla focal into her TikToks, making her the perfect fit for this campaign.
Coffee is a key part of Lauren’s daily routine, and with her strong audience reach, this collaboration allowed the brand to bring the campaign to a wide and engaged audience.

Lauren created a daily vlog in Irish, shared as an Instagram Reel and reposted to TikTok, with English subtitles to ensure accessibility. The video followed her everyday routine, starting with a Frank and Honest brew in the limited-edition Seachtain na Gaeilge mug, completing simple daily tasks, heading out for a walk, and stopping by a local Frank and Honest branch.
On Instagram Stories, she shared how she makes her vanilla latte at home and encouraged her audience to incorporate cúpla focal into their own daily routines.
